What is the SmartBoard? A big touch screen with interactive tools and multimedia features

Availability: five classrooms, computer lab, mobile unit.

2 Kinds of SmartBoards - externally projected (permanent mount) and mobile (internally projected)

Hardware: the touch-sensitive screen, a projector (internal or external), a computer, VCR, Surround Sound, other peripherals.

Demonstration of Multimedia Features (DVD, VCR, Cable, Camera). Directions online for reference (see web site)

Software: SmartTools and Notebook - 2 programs. Can be used without a SmartBoard. Free to download (see download site)
