May 23rd Email from Town Manager with his current concept for the control of Depot St.

Mr. Owens's position is that the parcel Mr. Hollis is deeding to the Town will not be used until the motel parking question (land exchange) is settled.  We respectfully disagreed and believe this is a Town Council decision, and will ask to present this view when we propose a study to the Council.
