This is the agenda item for the Town Council which the Town Manager said was placed on the agenda on June 5th, 2 days before the meeting. We were not
told that this was going to the Council, and found out from Steve Ross, Council Chairperson, on Friday, June 9th that the matter was already acted upon.
The visual on the right was in the official Council packet online - along with
the visual we made for our group (which we provided to the Town Manager to confirm his plans). Note that the Council was being asked to vote on this plan while it was already underway as evidenced by the photos in their Council packet which we provided (next slide).
